WHAT WE DO:
Said simply, the Membership Committee helps women find their place in the CWIP community. Whether a prospective, new or long-time member, our focus is helping a diverse set of women find connection within the organization.
Currently, we achieve this mission by hosting networking events, such as the popular Summer Social and quarterly Friday Shares. We produce a unique and intentional onboarding experience for new CWIP members to support their engagement and inclusion. We analyze trends and opportunities to advance member involvement and recruitment of an ever-broadening group of women.
